Born in Oasis Hospital Al Ain Omar is a true ‘Al Ain-ite!’ His family is originally from Lebanon and has been making their life here in the desert for over 40 years. Graduating with a degree in Business Management, Omar decided to combine all his hobbies with his strong sense of entrepreneurship together to create ‘La Dolce Vita'. A keen musician he is often seen with a guitar or drum sticks in his hands before rushing off to the next yoga class! As the founder of La Dolce Vita you can see Omar around and about getting his paws in all the honey pots here! With a very sociable personality and inviting manner he always has time to share a coffee with his clients outside in the cool or tucked up on the comfy sofas inside.
Graduating with a BSc in Business Management, Mouhamad Abdul-Hamid has spent his life travelling between the UK and the UAE expanding his knowledge and experiences in the field of ‘Al Ferasa’, a beduin tradition of reading peoples face shapes in order to determine their personality traits and past experiences. Having spent over 10 years free lancing in the UK, Mouhamad has made the move to settle down here in Al Ain in order to transfer his knowledge to the community back where the Al Ferasa traditions originate. Mouhamad is a fun loving individual who enjoys spending time with friends, travelling and playing basketball! As one of the founding members of La Dolce Vita he has helped with the set up and is also in charge of all things technological!
Sergii has joined us from the Ukraine and has been a perfect addition to the team. A keen musician he has already settled into the routine of late night jam sessions here at La Dolce Vita. Sergii has two degrees in both Technical and Audio Engineering from the University of Kiev in the Ukraine. In his spare time Sergii enjoys jamming with friends, cinematography and travelling – he also has a keen interest in all things space! Having worked for many years as a musician and audio engineer he is now looking forward to helping the Al Ain community reach their full potential on the stage and recording studio. Having had a lot of say in the make up of our fully equipped studio Sergei will make you feel comfortable and safe in the rock and roll world of music!
Krissia comes from a musically and artistically inclined family in the Philippines, started dancing from a young age, and her passion for dancing has never stopped. She participated in both cheer and modern dances in her high school days also joined their University dance troupe back in college who performs in various dance activities. Krissia loves to express herself through painting and drawing. She has more than 15 years of experience as a guitar player with singing to add to her collection of talents developed at an early age. During her time working as a customer service specialist/communication skills trainer from private employers in the Philippines, Krissia maximized on her communication skills; solidifying her qualifications for a place at La Dolce Vita. Krissia is a multi-talented receptionist and will kindly assist you with any enquiries you may have.
Maria is a yoga instructor and a valuable member of the La Dolce Vita team. Originally from Russia she has been studying, traveling and working abroad for the past 5 years; gaining unique experience and knowledge. Among the enriching culture of India, Maria began her yoga journey in some of the oldest yoga universities in the world. During that time she had an opportunity to communicate with a diverse range of yoga followers stemming from all over the world. In addition to this, the chance to soak in knowledge from many different yoga teachers. Maria describes yoga in her own words as a unique instrument that assists in stabilizing and improving the state of your body, mind and soul. She invites all types of people to share the light of yoga which will inevitably bring more peace and harmony into your everyday life.
